EXCHANGE
We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don't love it, send it back.
It's that easy!
We will be gladly accept the unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused products in sellable condition with its original tags attached for an exchange.
Follow the procedure below for exchanging your product :)
1. Contact us to notify on the product you want to exchange
2. Product should be sent back for an exchange within 7 (seven) working days after product has been received
3. All the additional shipping fee occurred while exchanging the product will be borne by the customer (both shipping from customer to us and vice versa) unless caused otherwise*
4. Exchange will be processed immediately once we receive the product. We will update the customer as soon as we mail the new exchanged product
5. Exchange to a product with higher price will require customer to top up the difference while exchanging to a product with lower price will entitle the customer to get the remaining balance in cash
6. We do not have refund policy, all the sold items are not refundable
*In the case where product exchange is needed due to our handling mistake (wrong size / item sent), we will bear all the additional shipping fee.
